In addition, the WBC technically increases the season by three weeks for players with "meaningful" games for a countries pride. Let's see how this plays out for some of these individuals as we go into August and September.<BR/><BR/>Wang has looked good. In 2006, the U.S. team was disinterested and uninspired. This year, after watching yesterday's game, it is clear the team is playing with a renewed sense of passion and pride.
