Kurt Warner is the man
I expressed a similar sentiment last season when the Cards made their playoff run.
I didn't appreciate how good of a QB he was when he was with the Giants, or really with the Rams. Truth of the matter is though, what were the Rams before Warner, and what have they been since he's left? What have the Cards been before Warner, what are they now?
Simply put, the guy is a great QB.
